We as a center strive to maintain continuity and consistency throughout the program by conducting cooperative staff planning, trainings, and a variety of joint activities involving the children. Our caregivers at First Steps Child Development Center are encouraged to express their individual educational strengths and knowledge as they work with the children and help them develop an everlasting love for learning.
